December 12, 201014 yr Author Just had to add a couple more of "The Princess". She is my favourite bird at the moment. She flies up to the wire to say hello and chews on my shoes, but she's still not sure about actually sitting on me yet. There is just something about her I love, the combination of looks and personality.
December 12, 201014 yr She is gorgeous. I have 2 in my baby aviary that everytime I go in there and stand and study the birds 2 of them come up and chew on my hair, they are very friendly.
December 12, 201014 yr Author I have a couple of "regulars" in my aviary from last year. I keep them there, to teach the babies not to be so afraid of me. It always amuses me when the babies, who have never been tamed, jump on my head, or back or arm to chew and explore me, when they see the "regs" jump on board hehe. Makes breeding just that little bit more personal I think
December 12, 201014 yr Yes I they tend to copy one and other, cute I think. I call my 2 little ones cheeky but they keep playing and chewing my hair.
