I believe I already answer this question in your other topic You can most likely have ten budgies in that space.

Just wanted to hear some other answers aswell to get wide range! well their would be no range in the other answers you got why no one else responded im guessing kaz has given you maximum amount that cage will hold myself i would of said 8 so.......... but 10 would fix well 8 would be happier with more room for them to move
