hi Kellyj that budgie is a feather duster or other known as a mop. They dont useally live very long dont survive any thing over 12 months old even younger. it is caused by a genetical disorder and can come up in a random cluch but manly genetical. arrr well thats wat i was told see what everyone elts thinks.

Its not a mutation of budgie. It is a feather duster also called a chysanthemum budgie or a mop. Plenty of info on here about them. They are a genetic mistake. and they dont live every long.
