Well, since the genetics in budgies is qute complicated you will not find an easy one unless it is not perfect or probably complete....

 

this one is acctually the most upto date, and covers all known mutations in the correct way.

 

For those who are missing mutation like albino - it is not a mutation but only a combination of blue and lutino mutations.

Licewing is lutino and cinnamon etc.

hi. I wonder, instead of me fidning a web site, could anybody tell me what they think my baby budies might look like (colours) ???? my female (kiwi) is yellow and green, and my male (sky) is..... well a sky colour, he is blue, grey, and white !!!

p.s my budgies haven't breed yet (hopefully they will soon), but i was just wondering what colours the chicks would be if they did breed.

I wondered what color mine would be also - and they were nothing like I thought they would be! That's part of the fun, I think, the waiting...

wow was that confusing, and I have been reading about colors in budgies for ages.

 

Well I worked out if my two ever had any they would look like the mom, normal colors (green/yellow) but she is a spangle so I'm not sure what that would do but the **** is a ressive pied.

 

I think for what I understand from colours to get anything away from the green and yellow for the first generation the hen would need to have the codes for other colors.
