Coughing

Hey guys,

Just wanted to ask a question about budgies coughing.

I've trawled through the previous posts, and haven't found any clear explanation on why my budgie would cough.

Its otherwise in good health, no vomiting, droppings okay, eating well, feels solid. Just has an occasional but regular cough, like something is stuck in its throat. Its a "zzzit, zzzit, zzzit" like noise. Not getting worse or better.

Thoughts or comments ?

And before anyone says its mimicing my cough, I cough like a bull frog, so its not that  !!!

Could be a number of things Stew , Maybe Dusty enviroment , Maybe upper respirtory infection ( Like a cold), sometimes possible start of canker. Mate there all guesses.

Hope you can work it out.

Methinks you need to post a video of this issue. There are many things it could be ( not a feather in the crop :( ) that could be confused by a description that may or may not actually equate to what we have personally experienced.
