I just got some bok choy plants that are at the flowering stage. I was wondering whether the flower is okay for them or if I'd have to snip the flowers off.

I'm about to cut the flower heads off my Tatsoi and feed it to the birds. Brocolli too.

As we are talking about flowers, how about mustard green flowers and spinach flowers? Sometimes mine go to seed before I can use the greens.
