Posted July 24, 201014 yr I'm having some trouble with deciding what mutation my new budgie Froot Loop is. He seems to be opaline, yelloface/goldenface, skye violet budgie. Does anyone know what he is? Back View Side View Front View I think he is sky violet because there is violet on mixed in witht the blue, it doesn't show in the pictures much though. Thanks in advance!
July 24, 201014 yr Based on the pics, I say you have it about right. I was thinking the same thing. He sure is pretty!
July 25, 201014 yr As i mentioned on your other thread Im leaning towards goldenface opaline cobalt. Sky violet is possible, but it is usually an even shade whereas cobalts tend to have darker flushing of colour around the neck and rump area - skies have nice even colouring.
