I have 2 budiges Pebbles and Sparky When i try to get pebbles out of the cage he bites me and draws blood and bites other people too. Sprky is very good. But they are scared when i put hand in cage, thy run around when im not moving my hand... Need some help! And they are hard to catch. What am I doing wrong? Ive had them for a one year now.

You have two in one cage............they bond to each other and not you.

Easier to train one before adding another budgie.

You may have to seperate them and train them seperately

You do not have to keep them in separate cages. All you need to do is take one of your budgies in a small room for a taming session. Then after you are finished. You put the budgie back into the cage and take your other budgie and repeat the same thing with that one.

Just remember to take it slow and be patient with them. If you push them you will lose their trust and will have to start all over again.

Here is a thread of how l tamed my past 2 budgies who where both over 2 years old.
