My budgie Chirpy seems to have a red bottom. On close examination i found it to be red with white things around that area. Im not sure what to do about this? Can anyone help me?

"Things" as in worms? mites, sores? I presume you mean skin on bottom. Is he moulting, it's a bit hard to tell. If you could give a bit more information it will help. Is it bothering him, biting, pulling feathers etc. :what:

Worms? Pics would help. Does he get preventive treatment for parasites?
