All six eggs fertile. First chick hatched a few days back...too early and died. Second chick hatched today and looks fine. Four more eggs to go.

Mother let this one die too. She has had a habit in the past of laying eggs and having chicks and sitting back and watching them. She is doing it again. I will transfer any other chicks to another nest....
