Happens far too often with show budgies doesn't it?

Thankfully not too often here :P

Is the little one growing or still small. I am having that problem here with hens plucking the chicks, don't know why and it's driving me crazy. 2 hens so far and one hen is 08 and never did it last year.

The lone father is doing well...chicks are all fed and he seems to be enjoying his role without stress.

Lone father is still feeding the babies in the nestbox. Even the plucked youngster is looking better and its feathers are now growing.

I'm so pleased to see the little one feather up and thrive under his dad's care, he's lovely as is his sibling's.

Kaz is the plucked chick still tiny?

Smaller than it should be, but I think the mother wasnt feeding this one much. She is looking a whole lot better now and I think she will catch up later on. :redalbino:
