Marigold is favouring one foot and limping. I looked at it and it does seem swollen. Do I take her to the vet?

 

Also, I noticed something that looks like blood on the chicks beaks and facial feathers. On second thoughts, it is strawberry juice.

Took her to the vet. Unfortunately they have no vet on 'duty' at the moment. The lady knew what she was talking about, but I knew everything she said. Like using a variety of perches and branches instead of wooden dowel ones.

We don't have an avian vet and I don't know where to make an appointment. No, she didn't charge us. When I said swollen I meant her foot. She still isn't gripping the perch properly.
