April 12, 201015 yr Author Thanks Guys! okay well the second chick on the Green Cinnamons clutch is banded, and she has another chick hatch! So now, with 5 chicks in her nest and only one in the Grey-Green and Blue pairs' box, I fostered the oldest two from the green cinnamons. So three chicks in each now.
April 15, 201015 yr Author I don't know how the hen did it, but 6 out of 7 is great! Another chick has hatched form the Green Cinnamons, but another had died The youngest died, I think it was because she had the 5 in the nest. Another chick has been banded also. Photo's soon....

April 15, 201015 yr Author Thankyou Kaz! I am still waiting for eggs from the lute and TCB! I am starting to think the hen is barren... *sigh*
April 16, 201015 yr I pair up the same pair onetime, Lutino and TCB, and my girl took her time to lay as well... So i changed males and she laid a good clutch and was a great mum and than I put the TCB back in and no problems...!
April 29, 201015 yr Author Sorry guys, I have been away for the last week or two. When I got back, I was VERY excited. In the oldest three's nest ( 2 fostered from green cinnamon pair) I have the two fostered chicks : Light Green Cinnamon Opaline split blue (I think) and a Sky Blue Cinnamon Opaline. The one chick from the blue/green pair is a cobalt (or mauve) normal, split opaline and cinnamon (I think) . In the green cinnamons nest, her other two chicks are: Sky Blue Cinnamon Opaline and Light Green Cinnamon (split oplaine I think). Their 6th chick died the other day, parents weren't feeding and when I got back it was very skinny. I assume seomthign was wrong, and it was at a stage where I couldn't afford (time) to hand-rear. Pictures in half hour or so
