Throat Spots?

Peanut is around a year old now, but he still has no throat spots! Do all budgies get throat spots? On one side he has a tiny little black stripe, but that's all folks!! :)

really as i thought we aimed to try and get a spangle with bulls eye spots on throught

He's a spangle. He wont get throat spots. Spangles dont :)

Bullseye spots YES GB, but I was answering based on Naomi asking about normal looking throat spots. Even bullseye spots are hard to acchieve in the average shgow budgie spangle. I have worked out how to get them though :)
