Hi folks, just looking for a bit of advice on 1 or 2 supplements that might be very beneficial for my birds to get them into breeding shape and to keep them strong all year round. I'm thinking Calcivet or Breeding Aid. Which would be better?

What does everyone here use?

Well they're both good B) I think this is how they work, someone please correct me if i'm wrong.

Breeding aid helps with the production of eggs and the embryos using fatty acids. The hen needs these fatty acids to continue having body store - if she doesn't, her body stores get depleted and the breeding results can be reduced.

Calcivet - has the calcium that the birds need to form strong bones and also for egg laying. If a hen doesn't have calcium supplements, she will use up her own calcium supplies which will decrease her strong bone formation. Also her eggs may become soft causing her to be unable to pass an egg.

So I would think that both would be best. But again, maybe someone will need to correct me? Hopefully I haven't given any wrong information
