advise with choosing the right pairs for breeding?

are we able to choose our pairs for breeding or do we stay with the same pairs as last time? mine chose them selves last year.could i choose for them this time .my query is that i would like to swap them around to see for different colours .or is it best to stick to the original pairs.please advise further?.mistymoo :artist

there should be no problem changing them ensure that the original pair are seperated for at least two weeks it would be better if they could be seperated so they can not hear each other aswell
