February 18, 201015 yr Looks like it might be..... maybe the starts of it. But it's a bit hard to tell from your picture. Does she have little holes in her cere or little holes or furrows going down her beak. If so then YES. A worse case looks like this but the small holes on the cere would be the general noticable starting point.

February 19, 201015 yr Possible beginning of scalyface. A little hard to say. I would use spot on ivermectin just on the precautionary side.
February 19, 201015 yr Author Thank you for replying. I am going to take her to the avian vet in 2 days hopefully he can prescribe that spot on medication. I posted some better pictures that were taken today hopefully they are more clear.
