March 8, 201015 yr Where's yours Kaz? Send me a blank one and I can send it back to you to fill out  I have not acchieved the level where anyone would want to hear what I have to say It doesn't matter if you haven't reached the same type of breeding achievements as some of the other breeders. They have had more years breeding birds than you. And 50 billion times more than me (i e none ) But gosh look at what you've accomplished in the time you have been breeding your birds! You have winners, you have people in other states wanting your birds, you have your line of greywings who are wow! I don't think it should matter whether you've been breeding budgies for 50 years, or 5. Breeding is breeding, we all do it in different ways, accomplish different things and we all take notes from each other. You're a breeder, you have some gorgeous birds and you've inspired me, with all your help and information, pictures and laughs. I say you should do an interview *nod nod*

March 15, 201015 yr Author New interview by John Rasmussen of Denmark ( translated from Danish ) http://forums.budgiebreeders.asn.au/index....showtopic=28426 many thanks to John who filled out his interview at lightning speed to get it to me for our forum :bump:
March 15, 201015 yr I have just introduced a self-start package, in which I offer two - three pairs of free birds in the first year, helping to cull the youngsters. Other years have the two birds to improve and help with culling. And third years offer to buy a substantial gain or offer of another place where they can buy reinforcements match their birds, I hope more will go the way of helping new breeders. Very nice gesture... and what about his health policy :bump: those Danes don't muck around another fantastic interview.

Very nice gesture... and what about his health policy :bump: those Danes don't muck around another fantastic interview. There are breeders who have the view that a constantly sick or ailing bird is not worth trying to save. Of course it all depends on their own assessment of the particular kind of illness which after time many show breeders are good at working things out quickly. A lot of sickly birds never come right even after treatment and many treatments can cause sterility of the bird as well. Many countries also do not have the best and quantities of avian vets that other places do. Edited March 15, 201015 yr by KAZ

March 25, 201015 yr Yes thanks PT! I had to go to the iTunes store and download the 'Convert Units for free' Application For some reason a persons height MUST be in Feet and Inches and babies weight in pounds, but everything else MUST to be metric for me to have any clue about space or weight... Call me - Everyone else does Great interview!
