Its been a bit since Ive been on- well not true I do pop in now and again for a peep.

I stopped breeding last Sept. We went away for 5 weeks and then once we got back its too hot to start again. Not much point breeding here between Nov and March so the birds have had a break

Gave the numbers a knock-back the other day too- maybe got rid of some birds I shouldnt have but I needed space if I wanted to breed on this year.

 

Few new members to the avairies

and a Galah. Got him as a youngster, finished his raising then weaned him. He wanders around the place starting to talk and understand. Dogs are good with him and he has a love-hate relationship with the youngfella :D

He has started to get soppy he'll come up and press his face right against yours for a 'birdy' cuddle. Made me a bit nervous at first wondering what he was going to do.

For someone that never liked pink and greys I think they are growing on me.
