Help With Sexing

Hi there, when I first posted a picture of teddy on the forum I was told that he/she was a girl. This picture was taken a few weeks later, would you still agree that teddy's female?

Here are two more budgies that I'm having trouble sexing, they have small white rings on the nostrils so I'm guessing they're both female?

Also, why do some budgies have orange beaks and others the horn colour? thanks B)

Teddy is female. The second budgie looks male, the third female.

The two other birds have orange beaks because they are Recessive Pieds.

thanks jen144 :D so is the second budgie a male because although it has the white rings, it's cere is pinky/purple?

My golden rule is any white on a budgies cere in young budgies is female.

I'm no expert but they all look like females!

You can say that again Ratzy.

so KAZ, do you think they're all female cos because they all have white on the cere? I thought that they all looked like hens too. Just another question, what if the cere has no white but is rather a fleshy pink? instead of a bluish pink? Would that be a hen too or a cock?

changed cos to because. Please do not use unapproved shortcuts. Approved shortcuts are found in the rules and guidelines.

If it's all pink with no white, that is male too. Normally a very young male or something like a Recessive Pied or Albino.
