Certainly not big enough for budgies and a tiel as you pmed me about Edited February 6, 201015 yr by KAZ
February 6, 201015 yr Based on your measurements, I would not keep anything in there. As Kaz said, needs to be wider rather than taller, and the length of 35cm is not enough.
February 6, 201015 yr Author i have 2 budgies in there, but it was the 2nd biggest cage i could get. but most of the time their out, flying in the room.
February 6, 201015 yr Author actually its 45 cm across the front, 35cm across the side, and 70 cm in height. sorry wrong measurement.

If that cage was lying on its side and wider rather than taller it would suit maybe two budgie at most if perches were set up so they could fly across the cage. As it is now it doesnt enable much flying space, just perch sidling and perch hopping.
