Posted February 2, 201015 yr I've always believed their is a balance in Life, which I call Karma, and to that end I am a firm believer that if you do the right thing then good things will happen to you, or at least many more bad things won't happen. By the same token I also believe if your internal balance is "out" then you attract challenges which is the Universe's way of reminding you to get back on the right track. What do you think?

What do you think? yes ren i also believe if your off balance their are small gifts or incentives received through the universe when your going in the right direction to show your getting back on the right path im a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and we meet different people for different reasons at different stages of our life sometimes as we need to learn from them other times as we are their to teach them usually both times we do not know until after the fact were we can sit back and look at whats gone on if im lost i ask the universe for a specific sign to show me if im moving toward the right choice in life usually a certain type of feather i also use feathers to keep a record of my emotion through out the weeks im not feeling good i simply just pick up a feather that represents my amount of peaice or anoyance for that day and i string them all on a cotten thread usually magie feathers or crow mud lark and cocky as their black and white and depending on if it was in morning or night my mood was hazed depends on where the white tip on feather is or at all sometimes i have white and other thimes black grey shows im balanced well it work for me as a tool to keep my self an eye on my mental health having bypola is hard and as the medications dont sit with me well (as in they affect me badly not i dont want to take )this way i have an on going day to day emotion meter and a pretty cool dream catcher 3 fold ,its real so it pays to be polite kind and helpful giving just a all round beautiful person actually i also believe we manifest our fears by fearing them in the first place and you should only keep company because you enjoy it, not because its the only company u can find i dont keep many friends but its as i can not find anyone whom i enjoy being around or talking to no other reason most people like my company its just im not a needy person and dont need theirs back so spend most my days in garden or with birds when ever i hear someone needs help i will even if im not in a situation where im very well off myself as i know that i will get by as i know the universe will look after me even more so if i do give my last 50 to a total strange and dont expect it back i have faith that i will always fall on my feet not my head
February 2, 201015 yr Author I agree with so much you say, especially yes ren i also believe if your off balance their are small gifts or incentives received through the universe when your going in the right direction to show your getting back on the right path im a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and we meet different people for different reasons at different stages of our life sometimes as we need to learn from them other times as we are their to teach them usually both times we do not know until after the fact were we can sit back and look at whats gone on

February 3, 201015 yr Author  oh did i spell something wrong must have been karma Nah, it's all good! We know you have dislexia - though you can write quite beautifully when you put your mind to it!
February 3, 201015 yr Well, I am going to ruin the whole "Cosmic balance/intoxicating drink made from the root of a polynesian plant debate" and go with the "I do not believe in Karma" debate. I am a Christian who does not believe in the cosmic roundabout that good things happen and bad things happen and the universe weighs us all up. Call me old fashioned or traditional or whatever you like, but I believe that there is a God who will judge us at the end of our lives on what we have done. That is what I believe. I do not preach, I often do the wrong thing, I know I am far from perfect, but I know that God loves me.

I've had a Christian upbringing and my parents, Bless Them, are Evangelical Born Againers (yes the sing-alongers and hands in the air kind ) But having lived in different countries and experienced different cultures I have embraced a more inclusive view of the world, although at my core I am an Anglican - I guess Sunday School really does influence your adult perspective!

Good on ya Dave, I am a Christian Pastor and would happily debate the good vs evil or creation vs evolution with anyone, but not on this forum! This is about our hobby BUDGERIGARS! Amen here endenth the sermon.. Clearwing

As an adult I have read and experienced many things and so at the end of it all I can say I am an 'evolutionist' not a 'creationist'. I, Clearwing would never debate with a pastor over such matters I will leave that for the learned professors such as Richard Dawkins.

And CW is a lovely Pastor dont get me wrong im catholic i do believe in god but i also believe he rewards us with things helps us recognize our decisions are either wright or wrong i use the word universe as i prefer to stay shh on my opinion of god as a such however i do believe in karma and all i said first up but with out god their would be no universe to manifest our dreams and reality's i do not go to church i light a candle and pay my respects to the universe and god with my little girl my son he believes nothing but thats fine also as its hs life we are all different and religion or beliefs should not be a part of our coming together and respecting each other we were all put here for our own special purpose and we all carry different gifts and healing for someone out their we were all given two ears two eyes and one mouth as so we can hear and see , before we speak as we grow this is the order of things as we grow we tend to speack then hear even if we can see i believe we need to take back the order of which things are done to better your life god created us to do these things in order of reference so maybe if we kept this order through out our life's we would understand things and others better thats just my opinion
February 4, 201015 yr Well I was brought up a Mick but after spending all my life breeding, growing, treating and relating with animals I believe that THEY have a way better handle on life than anything we've been able to come up with - religion, karma, whatever. I'm a bit more into kaos theory actually - seen way too many BAD people get away with doing BAD things to believe in karma. Edited February 4, 201015 yr by nubbly5
