I have 2 new chicks in the nest and 3 unhatched eggs.

Dad is a fellow face grey and mum is a yellow faced blue.

I don't know what their parentage is.

 

A couple of ?.

 

The older chick is 3 days and onother hatched this morning.

 

I presume mum is feeding them as they are still kicking and the older one is twice the size of the new one.

 

What do I look out for?

 

Is it advisable to touch the chicks at this stage.

 

Mum was tame and is easily handled and seems really dedicated.

 

I am just winging it at the moment.

 

We are pretty excited though.
