January 25, 201015 yr Author I know... :/ They said it can take a few hours for it to be removed from the site... So now I wait...
January 25, 201015 yr I previous member of this forum laid claim to my photos once.....I never gave permission. Once she had them in use she gave permission for other individuals to use them on their websites................I found them and tackled them on it. I wouldnt mind so much if permission was sought and granted. Anything else feels like theft. Edited January 25, 201015 yr by KAZ
January 25, 201015 yr i look at it this way any pics on net no matterwhat they are any thing writtings what ever once you post it its really free game if you dont want it stolen or posably used copied then shouldnt be on net to start its the best way to deal with it in my opinion
January 25, 201015 yr It's true, you really never know who will see your photos and re-upload them somewhere else I guess the only real way to fight it is to watermark your images by putting your name or trademark as text across it. But I can see how it will tarnish the cuteness of budgie pics

I've had people ask to use my photos before and its not a problem... I just like to be asked first... Old fashion I guess... But we all have different thoughts about it... Some people might have thought it as a complaint that a pet shop or somebody else wants to use their photo for something... I completely understand what your saying GenericBlue and I don't think I would have been so p**sed off about it if it hadn't been a pet shop... If I had 'used' one of their photo's they would have sued me for copyright because they are a business and I'm just a person... Just one person, who cares about her... And I don't think a business should be allowed to get away with it... I think thats why I was so mad about it all... And what you say is true GenericBlue, don't want others to see it simple don't put it on the net... I can agreed with that... But it would be nice to think some people do have respect for others images or writtings... Edited January 25, 201015 yr by LittleBudgie2005
