Hi I have got 2 Lutino's they laid 5 eggs but only hatched 2 they are now colouring up, one is a very bright Lutino and the other is an Albino. Does this mean that either mum or dad are split for Albino?? and if so which one Mum or Dad??

Yes, I means one or both of the parents is Split Blue.

If this albino chick is a hen then it is the Dad which is split Blue. If it is a cock chick it means Both parents are split Blue. :D

As green is dominant wouldnt BOTH parents have to be split blue ?

Ummmm, not sure! :D I was thinking automatically that albino cocks chuck albino hens but come to think of it with the green series dominance- you are right! :D

Yes! :D

Yep both parents MUST be split for blue as blue is straight recessive not sex linked recessive.
