Health Of My Albino Budgie

Hi,

I have 2 budgies, Al and Greenie. Al is an Albino Budgie who seems to have some sort of breathing problem, but only some times.

I am un-certain if Al is a boy or girl or Al's age.

The symptoms are as follows:

Itching its cese? (above the beak)

Sneezing

Stained of blood around its nostrils

Clicking sounds at night time

Fluffed up (only when sitting around or when trying to itch its cese/nostrils)

Doesn't really sing at all.

This has been going on for some time now. I took Al to the vet 2 years ago, who gave me some psittavet to put in the water for 45 days. It didn't really seem to help. The Vet was unsure of the problem and we don't have any avian vets in town.

Al doesn't have any problems eating or drinking at all.

I have read some other posts, but I haven't really found an answer to Al's problem

Greenie does not have any health problems at all and seems a very happy and loud singing budgie.

Any ideas on how to make Al happy again?
