Hi Guys,

 

Hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas/New years festive season.

 

I have a question about understanding what the info on a legband means.

 

I inherited a beautiful green show budgie that has a legband that says: NSW x8 1518 and is black.

Could someone decode this for me.

I will attempt to show you some pictures of this boy and his potential breeding mate.

Looks like an uncoded NSW legband and the year of hatching is 2008 and the budgie ring number is 1518 :hug:
