December 16, 200915 yr Recessive pied yes...cinnamon ...no I dont think so, or the wings would have brown markings. The wing markings are grey and so is the tail. Seems to be carrying greywing. Recessive pied greywing. Sex is ambiguous...a lot of photos show white on the cere which indicates female, BUT did you use a flash on your camera as that throws out colours especially cere colours ? Is there white on the cere at all ? Edited December 16, 200915 yr by KAZ
December 16, 200915 yr To me it looks like a Cinnamon Grey Recessive Pied Cock but flash photos make it hard. I would pitch for the possibility of opaline too just looking at the tail.

December 16, 200915 yr I didn't think he was Opaline, because of the markings you can see on his face?
December 17, 200915 yr I didn't think he was Opaline, because of the markings you can see on his face? I ummed and ahhed about it for a while. You do see markings in opalines just much finer than normals - his look kinda on the normal side but his tail has quite a colour flash down the middle but then I think rec pied can cause some grizzled markings and maybe that's all it is. Happy to concur that he is normal, happy to concur that he is opaline - mainly coz I can't quite make up my mind!
December 17, 200915 yr So where are the brown markings indicating cinnamon ? I see grey not brown. :rip:
