In order to make something like this

 

 

All you need to do, is upload your funny photos to photobucket

 

Then

 

 

Then Click the decorate Tab

 

 

Use the buttons at the top to personalize your image in any way you like

 

 

 

 

There are many many more features to photo-buckets image editing than just adding text.
