I am wondering what colour/type my new little budgie Sunny is. Hopefully these pictures show him accurately to you. He has a a little yellow face and pale yellow wings & tail. What is puzzling me is his front body colour, (the patch between the blue) - in certain lights it seems to be a extremely pale greyish yellow, at first I thought he was a bit grubby but it hasn't gone away over the last few of days. The blue of his rump is also mixed with grey. He is only about 6 wks old.

Dom pied

Probably a lightly coloured Yellowface type 2 dominant pied cobalt. If it is YF2 the yellow will strengthen after the adult moult and slightly alter the body colour from cobalt to a greenish blue.
