Ever since we thought my guinea pig was pregnant I have been taking photos of her as often as I can. So I took one last night,

 

 

and this morning when I checked on her I found

 

Baby 1

 

And Baby 2

 

I couldn't get a photo of the black ones markings cos it kept trying to look a the camera, but it has cream coulored markings on its back and a stripe just behind its head.

 

We aren't exactly sure what time they were born.. I was awake for most of the night and never heard anything.. We are thinking they were born sometime between 6am and 8am.

They look MASSIVE for newborns, or are your hands small? Fully agree though, verry cute. So is mum.

Very cute but gosh they do look very big , poor mum

They are soooo cute. I hope she did only have the two at that size.

lol In the photos my brother is holding them, he is 11. The bigger of the two (the lighter one) is about half the length of mum and the other one is a little bit smaller then that. So they are pretty big..

 

They are already eating grass and hay and they had a look at mum's food mix but didn't seem to interested by it.. The little black one is really out going, My brother had the rat out and she escaped from him and went to have a look at them and it (the guinea pig) was sitting there squeaky at her. Cutest thing I've ever seen!

 

I can't wait to see my other little brothers face tomorrow when he see's them! He is only 4 and thinks baby things are awesome lol, The first time he saw a baby budgie he goes "WOW!.. What is it?" It was so cute.
