September 19, 200915 yr Author What the heck, just grab 'em I can't,honestly I'de love to but I'm overflowing with Hen's and I have a lot of trouble with hen's laying infertle eggs for ongoing periods of time. And I'm 16 living with my parents and I'm not sure if they'll allow me having three more budgie's when I already have seven.
September 19, 200915 yr Second one is NOT a lacewing. Considering the cage bars are across her wings and you cannot see markings she could be anything but she is NOT a lacewing. Check forum under members birds in mutations to see what a lacewing looks like. She may be a spangle.

September 25, 200915 yr The top one looks like it could be a cock. If it was me and I had 7, I would buy just the cock, to even up the numbers. (Or if I could get away with more, I would look for a cock for every hen you have that is partnerless! ) My husband doesn't want me to have too many birds, so I understand having to be choosy. If you go to buy the top bird, just make sure he doesn't have any white on his cere. Sometimes my cocks have a lighter shade of blue around the nostrils, but I can tell it's not white. Good luck!
