Egg Is Shaped Weirdly

One of my breeding pairs just laid her first egg, and I'm worried about the shape of the egg. Here's a picture of it:

It is very pointy, compared to this other pair's eggs, which are normal and look like this:

Would the shape stop a chick from developing or hatching alright? Or would it be okay? Also, does this mean that this is her first clutch, as I've heard of birds laying weird eggs for their first ever clutch. (I got her as an adult, so I don't know if she's bred before.)

Okay so is it just that eggs differ between hens, and hers are more pointed than my other girls' eggs?
