September 9, 200915 yr Author Pretty bird, stunning What are bull eye spots?? Bullseye spots are the ideal sought after kind of spot that spangle breeders aim for on the show bench. If you imagine a full black spot on a budgies face, and remove all the black except the outer outline of the spot, then that is a bullseye spot.
