Just wondering how you all are able to tell the sex of budgies that are so young before they get a cere colour?

for females, genrerally at a young age they will display above the nostrils, and will have a ppink coming through and at the bottom sometimes light blue.

for males, they generally have pinkish, bluish, purplish colour all over.

From a very young age any white on a budgies cere is female. The brighter purply pinks are male.
