Hi and welcome. I personally would not buy that cage. You need a cage to be longer rather than taller. Check out this topic: Good and Bad cages Although the cage you have chosen is within the minimum sized cage for one budgie, it wont allow for future budgies or much flying space. You'd be better of getting a longer shorter cage, like in the link I have provided.

I agree with Maesie. Open top cages are designed more for parrots and tiels than budgies.
