Possessive Budgie

Hi everyone, I'm having a problem with one of my budgies being possessive of my hands. She has always liked to be on my hands, tweeting and licking my fingers. But now she is chasing the other budgies away if they are near me and won't even let them be on the other hand. After she chases them she comes back and bites my fingernails hard, better than my fingers I suppose, but it's strange. Also she brings me bits of silverbeet which she likes to drop on my head, no other foods. She is roughly 7 months old and her cere is the brownest it has ever been.

This picture of her is a few months old, when she was having her first moult

Can i ask, did you do anything special with the bird, handfeed it, handtame it alot or just treated just like all the others? Thanks

Thanks guys, I didn't do anything different with her. I got her at the same time as one other budgie who I think is her sister and did the same taming type stuff with both of them while they were in quarantine. Her sister will sit on my hand only if I've got some food in it or occasionally she might sit on my shoulder for awhile but she's not nearly as tame. Is there a way discourage her a bit? I like having a really tame bird in the aviary but I'd like the others to be able to land on me without being chased away. Will she get less possessive when she's out of breeding condition again?

When she gets out of breeding conditioin she should calm down, right now though I wouldn't let her display that behavior when she does I would immediately have her step off your hand and say no, I had the same issues with the hand thing when you remove them you are like their mate removing themselves from that situation.
