hmmmm.........its a greywing and it seem to be a golden face???? very coloiurful

i don't call them goldenface as I believe they're just a more intense yf... but still yf none the less

but i agree, a yf2 sky greywing opaline :) And what a beauty he is!

his hen is left one ... she is DF Dominant pied green (parents : SF dominant pied green cock & Normal Sky blue hen) ...

 

What do you think about mutation of their chicks?

By her parents she can only be a SF pied hen.

Chicks from this two can be pieds and normals in both green and blue, all offspring split to greywing and some opaline hens in there with 50% of all chicks being yf

So all up you can get a few mutations :wub:

 

yf pied, yf pied opaline (hens), blue pied, blue opaline (hens) pied, opalines (hens), normals, yf opalines(hens) Yf normals and 50% of cocks will be split to opaline and remember all babies split to greywing.

 

Now i'm starting to confuse myself, but i'm pretty sure that's all the mutations possible... without adding in what these birds could be split for :(

If he was any more Dilute, id say you have a rainbow.

 

a Rainbow is a Clearwing Opaline Yellowface skyblue.

How old are they ? They look to be very very young.

 

I think he has 8-9 months ... I bought him when he waz very young but now her & his hen have 4 chicks ...

 

I wonder if i know how many percent can i have YF blue mutation?
