have found a sick bird but think it more likely it was let go because it looks like it has a case of that bird diesease that is on one of the fourms with posted pictures of two birds execpt the feathers arnt missing but the beak looks like photos and also has major scaleface its a hen and if you have a look on my closed for sale ad you will see a male blue and white pied up the top left this is identical to this bird exept its a hen and not mine what would you guys do i have it so far away from my cages its not safe to have it i dont think poor poor thing

server scaly face will cause the beak to become deformed. The beak will need trimming. The beak and feather desease is simular, but if the feathers are not affected then i would assume the deformed beak would be souly from the scaly face.

im going to get photo tomorrow but by the time i found something to put it in and place ect i dint remember in fact only just remembed the bird again when went to check on her doesnt look good shoved in wooden box on top of rags for heat because there is no light on it as power is not possible have done my best but most certainly dont want my others getting anything will take to vet if she lives did put pariffin oil on legs and vent and beak as she has it there as well have you ever seen sface on vents of birds beak brittle trimed a bit not much funny end on it yuk i thought scale face only went to beaks faces legs

is she able to eat do you need to feed her a soft mix mabe ??? rasing mix can fill her for night offer in small codiale bottle lid

can she crack seed could just be sick due to hunger is she thin
