This is a photo I snapped the other day when it was warm and all the budgies were feeling frisky! :)

He's one of my favourites. Got another young skyblue at the bird sale the other day, looks just like Mintie when he was a baby, hopefully he turns out like Mintie when he molts too............

Yes B_P, I do have a sky blue split recessive hen that I have paired up with my DEC male Austin....I am really hoping somthing happens with these two because I would really love more DEC's....but not much is happening, they have been paired up for over a week and no sign of "action"... :)
