August 4, 200916 yr Looks like a sky blue cinnamon recessive pied to me from the pics shown above but a picture of the bird from the back would be helpful. Also if you know his parents pics of them could help also.

No unfortunatly dont know his parents defenently not fellow for start a fellow has pink eyes but wings do look same so can see where your hope was i have a fellow boy this colour just they are much more faded also

August 4, 200916 yr I would wager opaline to boot. Opaline cinnamon recessive pied sky blue. Striping pattern on the head indicates opaline or spangle, but spangle doesnt appear likely from what wing markings i can see.
