August 1, 200915 yr Author thank you for that we were so proud of him but alas he didn't make the breeding box about weeks after he got home he died they tell me that there is a lot of nationals birds either die after the traveling or they don't breed he actually had a seizure in my hand and the dumb thing was i tried to give him a heart massage but we couldn't pull him through weather it was the travel as they are not used to flying at the heights that the planes fly but as the saying goes once you loose a national winner nothing phases you after that but i do think that we might have a potential national contender for next year

August 1, 200915 yr so is it the stress or the fact that they do not quarantine the birds i dont know if i would send one to nats as to many bad reviews of deaths and illness i would prefer to have my bird than a ribbon i will be happy just to know he would be good enough if i ever got that good a bird why dont they quarantine it goes against all our hard work to keep our birds healthy to send them away un quarantined i dont understand that bit
