They are young......too young for breeding. Maybe 3 - 4 months old. Make sure they dont have any nestboxes in the aviary. Another 8 months to wait.

they look like sky yellow face and cobalt yellow face normals to me from here but the yellow is very dark they could be golden face :sadsorry:

Agree with splat, but both are Opaline as well.

I agree with the opaline too and both are still bar heads meaning uncapped (babies) starting to go through their 1st moult. :sadsorry:

Thanks for the help guys, I knew they were way to young to be breeding but didn't it was eight months to wait, oh well.

They are in a large cage now and have been for a little while but is it okay to put them into an avairy? I will also post another picture of the budgies so it is easier to see.

Quarantine is 30 days. After that they can go in the aviary but youy must make sure there is nowhere in there they can use as a nestbox.
