hi was wondering if anyone knows what rca on a budgie ring means who or where is the bird from

 

RCA is most likely to be the breeders code. It should also have the state the breeder is from (NSW, VIC) for example. That should help in finding where it is from.

Give us all the ring details and any breeders or tassie budgie fanciers on here may be able to help. Otherwise contact the budgerigar council of Tasmanaia for more info.

Black ring 2008 bird breeder code RCA and bird number 086. Track down the ring registrar for Tassie and they should have a breeder name for you.
