I Need Some Information On Breeding

Featured Replies

the males is a darker blue than in the picture with little white circles around the nostrills and the female is brow with a little bit of white around the nostrills

I was asking about IRIS RINGS not nostrils.

They look good. The hen is over 6 months but out of condition. The male I cannot say for certain but he looks over 6 months also. Have fun breeding.

Over 6 months is not breeding age. I am asking about iris rings to conform approximate age. 12 months is a suitable breeding age.

oh sorry i misread your comment and they are both pure white

Pure white in my experience can indicate 8 months onwards :D

i wouldnt breed them still for about 3 months they still look young to me

anyway if you just keep them paired but dont put box in till about sep 13th you will have eggs by oct

thats a good time so ... up to u

have fun

also i would personally put two more pairs up on same day as u do these ones

just in case things go wrong
