Are These A Good Pair?

Featured Replies

A sky blue Rec. Pied male..but the female with him looks like a DF Spangle or dark eyed clear? I can't see red eyes but I assume she is an Albino, seeing as you are asking if they will have Albino babies.

And if the male is split for ino, yes they will have both male and female Albinos. If not, no Albinos, but all the males will be split for it.

The male looks like a pied and the female looks like a double factor spangle. Need a close up of eyes to be sure, especially colour.

If I am correct then you will not get any albino babies unless the father is split for ino.

as others have said the female doesnt look albino in that photo. Not all white budgies are albino just due to body colour being white. They need to have red eyes to be classed as albino. Does she have red eyes ?

What ages are they ? They look very young.

what would she get?

Need to know for sure what the white budgie is first :P

The white budgie appears to be a double factor spangle, if she is all the chicks will be blue spangles.

If the hen is split for recessive pied the spangle will combine with recessive pied on about half of the chicks

The only way there could be any albinos would be if the cock bird was split for albino

The hen is not an albino, as she does not have red eyes, I think she is a DF Spangle. does anyone have a picture of a blue spangle? Similar to the babies they would produce? I am terrible with my varieties, sorry
