Does anyone know of anybody in the Greenbank / Jimboomba area of Brisbane that would be willing to help me with the understanding of budgies - have read books and blogged, but sometimes it is better to meet and talk with someone and be shown what I would like to know about budgies.

I live in the U.S. so I can't help you but you may want to do a google and see if there is a Budgie Club near you :grbud: that is a good start.

We may have some members in your area....hang in there and we shall see who posts in your topic.

i know we like when members on here can help each other, however i'm not sure how many we have on the south side of brissie.

i live in jimboomba and also does camelle. Camelle knows a lot, and would be willing to help you as she has helped me out. i have regualr contact with her as she is only like 10mins away from me. she is an intermediate show breeder im only a novice, but will try to help you out as will any body on this board in any way possible. whereabouts in jimboomba are you? im in an estate..... im only 16 but if you contact camelle on the email provided you night be able to get some info from her. you may pm me.

 

are you considering show breeding or just pet type?

 

Also as for Meta, i havent actually spoken to her in person just on phone, but i do know she has a heap of products that she will be happy to help you out with.
