Posted June 22, 200916 yr Here are some of my babies to date. I have had a bad year till now. Out of all the birds I put down earlier I got one from one nest and 3 from another and all other nest all clear. Then I got 19 more babies so I have 25 all up. I have lots quite a few at one day old. Here is a nest of 4 from a light green cock and cobalt hen. This nest is a nest of 4 too there were 6 fertile eggs but the last two babies died at one day old.The parents are sky blue cock and and light green spangle hen. These six are from grey green spangle cock and violet hen parents to my violets. there are 5 cinnamons which are hens and a grey cock the last one is violet. This one is from opaline light green pied cock and a light green opaline hen These 3 are out of one of my violets and a cobalt spangle wish is out of my violet hen so half brother half sister. I have one opaline violet hen one cobalt and one violet cock And then I have 3 out of my yellow DF spangle and cobalt spangle hen the parents of my white DF spangles There was a white DF spangle Cock no picture Cobalt Spangle no picture and a dark green spangle and he is going to be a stunner he has heaps of feather and is big, I thought he was a mop at first because of the length of feather and huge head.
