What would the outcome be if I paired these 2 up as they are already a "couple".....

Alice is a Normal Sky blue Split recessive Pied and Billy is Green opaline ?

Assumng Billy is not split for blue, then you will get 100% green birds, and they will all be split for blue. The hens will all be opaline, the cocks will be split for opaline.

 

If he is split for blue, then the same applies as above, but 50% would be green, and 50% would be blue.

and its possable that some chicks will get the rececive gene

but only test breeding will tell
