Posted June 7, 200915 yr I got bored with the old ones..... okay I tried a change and stuffed them up with a router.. So I had to replace them.. The new ones will protect the young from an Atomic bomb, earth quake and a cyclone.. Should do... they are the largest and heaviest I have ever made. 12mm Ply is the basis to the design. The internal is the same as I used last year... I was happy with lest year so don't want to change the internals. The thicker exterior keeps the chicks warmer and helps the hen with the humidity in the box. Also there is better ventilations in the side.
June 7, 200915 yr Is that a special light you have in there to compensate for lack of sunlight? If so, what is it, please?
June 7, 200915 yr Author No just a normal Fluro. I have two large windows that catch the western sun everyday. (no glass)
